Coach Al is at the Memorial Park Oval Track across from the Tennis Center in Houston, Texas on Mondays and Wednesday evening from 4p.m. to 7p.m., Wednesday mornings from 5:30 a.m. - 9 a.m., and Sunday mornings from 8 a.m. - 9:30.
