80.00 per month. Al has coached area High School students for over 20 years. He has coached 5A State Cross Country and Track champions. Many have gone on to full Athletic scholarships in Division I schools. He provides a daily schedule based on ability and goals.
Individual Training/All Levels
High School
75.00 per month. This includes an initial running history and biomechanical evaluation, a daily written schedule that has been planned for your current ability with your short and long term goals in mind. Al clocks and watches your workout. He also attends all the HARRA races to cheer for his athletes.
